BRAGADAYJAH 442

BRAGADAYJAH 442
Murmuring Continued
Now the Lord told Moses to tell Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest to take up the censors out of the burning and scatter the fire abroad, for the censors were hallowed. The censors that were used to profane the worship of God were to be beaten flat and placed as a covering over the altar as a reminder to the children of Israel.
So Eleazar the priest took the bronze censors that they who were burnt had used, and made broad plates for a covering of the altar. This was a reminder to the stranger as well as the children of Israel that no one who is not of the seed of Aaron was to go near to offer incense before the Lord as did Korah and his company.

Notwithstanding, the very next day, the children of Israel began again to murmur against Moses and Aaron accusing them of killing the people of the Lord. And so it came to pass that when the congregation were gathered against Moses and Aaron that they looked toward the tabernacle of the congregation and saw that the cloud had covered it; and the glory of the Lord appeared and Moses and Aaron came before the tabernacle of the congregation, and the Lord told Moses and Aaron to separate themselves from among the congregation that He might consume them in a moment.
