BRAGADAYJAH 271

Moses laid out the Lords directive to the children of Israel; commands they had heard before and with spontaneous acclamation promised to obey; but they had forsaken their promises, and had worshipped the golden calf, and incurred the wrath of the Lord; so now they came, they heard, they departed like muted sheep, too ashamed to open their mouths; and no doubt in deep dread for what the Lord might do to them next time. Perhaps, they reasoned, silence is golden after all.
But after they departed, some of them had their hearts stirred up and their feelings burned within them, so they returned unto Moses bringing with them the Lords offering for the Tabernacle of the congregation, for all its service, and for the holy garments.         They came all those who were of a willing heart and they brought, bracelets, and earrings, and rings, and necklaces, and gold jewels, and offered unto the Lord.
And those who had blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine linen, and goat’s hair, and red skins of rams and badgers, they brought in. They who had them also brought in silver and bronze and acacia wood brought these in also.
And the women who were wise hearted spun with their hands and brought in that which they had spun, consisting of blue, and purple, and scarlet of fine linen.  And others who also the spirit stirred up and made wise, brought in goat’s hair.  And the rulers brought in onyx stones, and stones to be set for the ephod, and for the breastplate; and also spices, and oil for the light, and for the anointing oil, and for the sweet incense.
So everything that the Lord required of his people in terms of their material possessions they provided; for God knew that those things He asked of them, they were capable of providing. More
