The Building works continues
And besides, Melatiah the Gibeonite and Jadon the Meronothite, the men
of Gibeon and of Mizpah repaired up to the governor’s throne on the side of the
river. And next unto them repaired Uzziel the son of Harhaiah of the goldsmiths.
And next unto them also Hananiah the son of one of apothecaries; and they
fortified Jerusalem unto the broad wall. And next unto them repaired Raphaiah
the son of Hur the ruler of the half part of Jerusalem. And next unto them
repaired Jedaiah the son of Harumaph even over above the house. And next unto
him repaired Hattush the son of Hashabniah. And Malchijah the son of Harim and
Hashub the son of Pahathmoab repaired the other piece, and the tower of the
furnaces. And next unto him repaired Shallum the son of Halohesh the ruler
along with his daughters of the other half of Jerusalem. And the valley gate
repaired Hanun and the inhabitants of Zanoah They built it and set the doors
the locks and a thousand cubits on the wall towards the dung gate. But the dung
gate was repaired by Malchiah the son of Rechab the ruler of the Beth-haccerem and
