BRAGADAYJAH 685
“And I have given you a land for which you have not labored
and cities which you did not build and you dwelt in them and vineyards and
olive yards which ye did not plant, yet you ate. Now therefore fear the Lord
and serve him in sincerity and in truth and put away the gods which your
fathers served on the other side of the river, and in Egypt, and serve the
Lord. And if it seems evil unto you to
serve the Lord, choose you this day whom you will serve, whether the gods which
your fathers served on the other side of the river, or the gods of the Amorites
in whose land you dwelt; but as for me
and my house we will serve the Lord.”
