BRAGADADYJAH 1516 Psalm 123. Looking for God’s Mercy A Song of Degrees Unto thee lift I up my eyes, O thou that dwelleth in the heavens. Behold as the eyes of the servants look unto the hands of their master, and as the eye of the maiden look unto the hand of her mistress, so our eyes wait upon the Lord our God, until that He has mercy upon us. Have mercy upon us O Lord, have mercy on us for we are exceedingly filled with contempt. Our soul is exceedingly filled with the scorning of those who are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud.
